Late Cancellation Policy: Hosting guests in a wilderness area creates some unique problems of food supply and filling up unexpected vacancies. The trip to CHARIT CREEK is one that takes much advance preparation on the part of both the host and guests. Requests for guests' reservations are made far in advance of the arrival date. It is very diffifcult to fill up vacancies created by cancellations of less than fifteen days notice. Consequently, we cannot guarantee refund of your payment unless you give us fifteen days notice. If cancellation is necessary with less than fifteen days notice, please notify us of cancellation before the reservation date. If we re-book your reservation(s) for that night, we will gladly return your payment. If we cannot re-book your reservation(s), refunds on cancellations without fifteen days notice cannot be made, regardless of circumstances.
